Ingredients

1.5kg frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Chips, cooked following packet directions
1.5kg rice or grain salad of choice
650g drained Edgell Corn Kernels, charred
400g halved cherry tomatoes
300g finely shredded red cabbage
150g baby spinach leaves
Roasted sesame dressing and toasted sesame seeds, for serving

Instructions:

Step 1

Assemble ingredients in serving bowls.

Step 2

Serve with dressing and sesame seeds on the side.
