                              Crispy Skin Teriyaki Salmon

                              Crispy Skin Teriyaki Salmon

                              Yield: 10 Servings

                              Teriyaki glazed crispy skinned salmon with soba noodles and bok choy.

                              Ingredients
                              • 10 200g frozen Topsail Salmon Portions, thawed

                              • 500ml teriyaki sauce, plus extra for drizzling

                              • 900g cooked soba noodles

                              • 900g bok choy, blanched

                              Instructions:

                              1. Panfry Topsail Salmon Portions skin side down until crispy. Brush flesh side with teriyaki sauce, turn and cook other side until cooked through and caramelised.

                              2. Drizzle noodles and bok choy with remaining teriyaki sauce.

                              3. Serve salmon with noodles and bok choy.
